Kristy Goodwin is an executive coach, and organizational culture consultant with more than 20 years of leadership experience across nonprofit, higher education, and faith-based organizations. As Founder and CEO of Intentionalli Me, LLC, she helps leaders and teams build trust, communicate authentically, and lead with clarity and purpose.

Kristy's career includes senior leadership roles, most recently as Executive Director of City Impact, and years in higher education administration. She has led organizations through growth, restructuring, and cultural change, so she understands from experience what leaders carry: the mission, the people, the budget, and the responsibility to keep all three healthy.

Her consulting practice is built on her signature TRUTH Framework, a practical method for moving leaders and teams from good intentions to intentional action. Kristy partners with nonprofits, faith-based organizations, companies, and emerging and executive leaders through:

Kristy's approach is relational, research-informed, and grounded in real-world practice. She is completing a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) focused on leadership and cultural transition in nonprofit organizations. She holds a Master of Education in Instructional Leadership, a Master of Management, and a Master of Theological Studies, along with a bachelor's degree in Higher Education Administration. She is also a certified executive coach and the author of Be Intentional, a practical guide to purposeful leadership at work and at home.
